Boulder to bid autumn a hearty welcome

August 2, 2016 by

Downtown Boulder will once again ring in the fall season with its Boulder Creek Hometown Festival.

The event will feature something for everyone. There will be plenty to see and do, including taking in live musical performances in the band shell, an exhibition of arts and crafts in Central Park, an interactive sports expo for the kids, and the running of the Hometownfest 5K. Gearheads can enjoy browsing through the vehicles that will be taking part in the classic car show. When it is time for a break, the public can enjoy a cold drink or some refreshments at the beer garden or the food court.

The event’s organizers are looking for volunteers from the community who would like to lend a hand in making the festival a success. Those who are interested in helping out can find an application form and other details on its website. Flyer printing services can be used to help effectively promote activities such as this throughout the local community, and those that surround it as well.
All of this will be taking place on September 5, 6, and 7 in Central Park, except for the car show, which will be held on 13th Street. Admission and parking in the designated areas is free.
