A spirited evening awaits in Boulder

March 12, 2013 by

The Irish Whiskey Dinner with Bushmills is being co-presented by Q’s restaurant and provides people with the opportunity to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with friends while enjoying some quality Whiskey sampling and a five-course meal. Please note that this is an adult event and photo ID may be requested

Chef Shawn, a renowned area chef, has created a menu sure to delight the most discerning of palettes. This wonderful meal is being paired off with some of Bushmills most renowned and finest whiskeys and will include tasty dishes such as black bush cured salmon, seared shrimp, whiskey molasses glazed pork belly, and smoked Angus beef.

There is almost enough whiskey up for tasting to make catalog printing worthwhile, with Bushmills Black Bush Whiskey, Irish Whiskey, Single Malt, and Irish Honey among the tipples on offer, but for those who do not enjoy whiskeys, cocktails will be available as well. The evening chefs include Shawn Murrell and Rethe Schiffhauer, accompanied by the beverage director, Adrian Sutevski. This promises to be an enjoyable evening for all those who attend, and what a way to bring in St. Paddy’s Day, which comes round the day after.

The cost is $65 per person plus gratuity and tax. The Irish Whiskey Dinner will be happening on Saturday, March 16, starting at 6:30 pm at Q’s Restaurant located at 2115 13th Street in Boulder, Colorado. To learn more, please visit Q’s or Bushmills’ website or call 303-442-4880 to make a reservation, which is recommended to avoid disappointment.
