Sweet event will help improve lives around the world

January 10, 2017 by

The Sweet Fantasy: Chocolate and More Party will be taking place next month in Las Vegas, keeping things sweet while raising funds for Soroptimist International of Greater Las Vegas.

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and to bid on a variety of great items in the silent auction. They will also be able to sample some of the best chocolate samples available in the Las Vegas area.

Organizers are still accepting donations to the silent auction and to the raffle. Donating is a way for local businesses and individuals to show their dedication to the community in which they live.

Soroptimist International of Greater Las Vegas runs several programs that help the local community and make a difference throughout the world. This includes Teens Helping Teens, anti-human trafficking support, and Breakfast Buddies. The organization also hosts an annual art contest to raise awareness for their cause.

It is likely that those who donate items to the auction or raffle will be recognized on signage at the event, which will likely be provided by a local print company.

The event will take place at IPEC Las Vegas on February 12 from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. Tickets are $30 and available in advance only, and tables for 10 are $250. For the most up-to-date information about this event, contact Soroptimist International of Greater Las Vegas at 702-269-8092.
