Consisting of a 1K, 5K, and 10K run designed to provide the family with some fun entertainment, prizes will be awarded for costumes, dance, and the top finishers of the runs. Poster printing is sure to have been used to promote this run to people in this community as well as in the surrounding districts.
The one-mile pickle, a fun run, will begin at 9:00 am at St. Jude’s. The 10K pickle run will begin at 9:30 am followed by the 5K pickle run at 9:45 am. Each of these runs has a planned route available online. An awards ceremony will take place at 10:30 am back at St. Judges
Each of the runs follows its own unique route and travels through some scenic areas in the community. All runners are advised to register in advance, and should arrive prior to 9:00 am to pick up their run routes. Throughout the day, there will be entertainment and activities for the entire family with the first ‘Best Maid’ St. Patrick’s Pickle Parade beginning at 2:00 pm, followed by live music at 3:00 pm.
