Artists’ work springs up in Lewisville
March 11, 2014 by Mark
‘Hope Springs Eternal’, an art exhibit created through the collaboration of the Visual Art League of Lewisville member artists, is on show in Lewisville until the last weekend of the month.
It features a collection of various media, including painting, pastel, charcoal, sculpture, and photography – all of which might interest anyone working for, or looking for a career with, a print company in or around Lewisville.
During this exhibit, the artists have created works that depict their interpretation of what “spring” is and has to offer. Some of the pieces on display will capture the hope, rejuvenation, renewal, and rebirth that arrive with the season, and the pieces are created using a variety of artistic methods. Many of the pieces displayed will be the work of local talented folk.
Admission to this exhibition is free and the public is invited to come out and support the local artists. The Hope Springs Eternal exhibit will take place up until Saturday, March 29, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at the M.C.L. Grand located at 100 N. Charles Street in Lewisville, Texas. To find out more about the artists or the exhibit, please visit the MCL Grand website or call the facility at 972-219-8446 during regular business hours.
