Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ has been both a literary and televised hit and, in that time, it has been made into several adaptions, from revised books and plays to movies and video games. The Red Door Theatre Company (RDTC) has put it upon itself to go down the rabbit hole next month with its own adaption of the popular tale.
The group is scheduled to perform its version of “Alice in Wonderland” from August 3 – 19 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 3:30 pm at its location in Pasadena, Texas. Ticket prices are $10 for children and seniors and $15 for adults. More information can be found at the Red Door Theatre Company homepage.
The RDTC has been an up-and-coming performing arts company since 2009. The Artistic Director, Josh Jordan, has been involved with theater and the performing arts since he was just eight years old by training with the Jr. Art Park Players and later involving himself in the High School for the Performing Arts in Houston. Alongside Jordan is the Managing Director, April McEachern, and both have been a large part of the RDTC’s inception. As the opening day for the theatre company’s adaption of “Alice in Wonderland” comes ever closer, the company may find it useful to commission local printing companies for a variety of services such as catalog printing, poster printing, flyer printing, and banner printing services. The story is popular and celebrate enough to attract a large army of viewers when performances get underway.
