Rush to rock Houston this winter

August 22, 2012 by

Decades have gone by and classic rock band Rush has been, and still is, a favorite among fans of the genre everywhere. The Canadian group has played all over the world ever since its inception in the 1960s and is now coming to Houston this winter.

The Houston Toyota Center, which has played host to a plethora of different events such as circuses, business expos, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship, will welcome Rush to its stage at the end of this year. The venue is likely to be filled with the jubilant cries of fans, old and new, as Rush walks onto the stage to play their classic songs which are favorites to many.

Radio stations across the Houston area will probably host a variety of contests over the phone, online, and maybe even at different music festivals with the tickets, as well as VIP passes, as rewards. Printing companies are expected to be busy up until the opening day of the concert as the band’s marketing director might rely on poster printing and flyer printing services to advertise for the upcoming event.

Rush is scheduled to play at the Houston Toyota Center in downtown Houston, Texas on December 2. With doors opening at 6:30 pm and the show scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm, ticket prices range from $46, $66, $91, and $126 depending on seating and age. For more information, please visit the Houston Toyota Center homepage. Please note that, due to construction around the Houston Toyota Center, guests are encouraged to allow extra time for parking.
