Holiday magic lights up Houston

League City, a large community within the Houston area, is bringing holiday magic to the city from November 29 through December 22. The city unites to bring together residents, visitors, business owners, service organizations, and local officials to benefit League City charities.

Dozens of events and attractions are scheduled for this holiday event, including Santa’s arrival on November 29 at 5:00 pm at the library. Friday, November 30 kicks off the tree-lighting ceremony and festivities beginning at 5:00. Following this is the gingerbread house, where little ones may have their pictures taken with Santa. The gingerbread competition viewing will be available, along with sweets and treats of the season. Local vendors will be on hand displaying and selling handmade items, sweets, gifts, and décor.

Saturday brings the children’s parade and breakfast with Santa, beginning at 8:30 am. Toys for Tots will be accepting unwrapped new gifts throughout the event. The holiday costume pet parade commences on Sunday at 12:30 pm with pets of all breeds, sizes, and spirits. Most of the pets will be dressed in costume.

Brochure printing is a frequent request for printing companies for events of this nature. Brochures are typically a tri-fold and contain six panels for information and images. This method is a great way to distribute information about an event en masse.

Postcard printing is another option that many event organizers use to promote an event. Postcards are generally printed in full color on one side with space on the back for a mailing label. They can be mailed in a direct mail campaign or physically distributed across various public entities.
