The NW Houston, Texas flea market and festival will be the site for the annual Village Art Car Show this October. Travers Village is pleased to welcome the Houston Art Klub (HACK).

More than 75 vehicles, featuring many displays of artistic masterpieces painted and carved to create interesting and unusual works of art, will be viewable at the event.

Over the past two decades, artistic cars have come to the forefront as a new form of art. The procedure is to take a car or truck in its original state and, through artistic expression, turn it into a personal statement.

The event is a family-friendly show, amusing both adults and children with the colors and artwork on the cars. Most people bring along their cameras to take pictures of the unusual and fascinating cars. The artists will be on hand to greet visitors and chat about the artwork. Live music will be available throughout the day.

Traders Village opened in 1989 and sits upon over 105 acres. Approximately 2,000 dealers present goods for sale, such as clothing, tools, electronics, crafts, and collectibles. Special events such as the car art show take place frequently at the venue.

Vendors often utilize printing services to provide banner printing for them. They put the banners inside their booths or display areas to depict who they are and what they are offering.

The October 6 show will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. within the Gray Expo. More information about Traders Village and upcoming events can be found on its website.
