March 28, 2014 by Lisa
Greenville will host the first annual Mayfest 2014, sponsored by the Greenville Knights of Columbus. The event will take place at the Greenville Knights of Columbus Hall which is located in Sunset Strip. It will have a similar platform used for the annual Octoberfest, which is so popular.
Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy an old-fashioned comfort food menu including beef brisket, lemon chicken grilled, coleslaw, potato salad, BBQ beans, dessert, and beverages.
The Knights of Columbus is a worldwide organization that was formed to supply financial aid to members and their families. The members promote social and intellectual fellowship and participate in educational, religious, social welfare, charitable, public relief, and other initiatives.
The Knights have helped thousands of families across the globe to attain economic stability through life insurance, long-term care and other programs designed to serve the community. Today, the organization has more than 14,000 council members and 1.8 million members globally.
Banner printing is a project for local print companies for many outdoor events. The banners are made of sturdy vinyl material and can be used outdoors withstanding weather elements. They are used for directional signage, as well as to draw attention to specific areas within the venue.
The Greenville Mayfest will take place on May 17 to May 18 beginning at 11:00 am. For more information, call 903-450-0770 or visit the event website.
