iConference 2013 has been scheduled in Fort Worth for February 12-15 at the Worthington Renaissance with the University of North Texas, College of Information hosting the event.

An annual event for scholars and researchers, iConference focuses on contemporary society’s critical issues and related information. The venue provides an opportunity for participants to discuss core concepts, explore ideas, and create new technological methods and concepts under the umbrella of interdisciplinary discourses.

The iSchools association, comprised of faculties and educational institutes throughout North America and Europe, is open to information scholars, professionals and researchers.

Several renowned companies will present as sponsors, including Microsoft Research and National Science Foundation. Other sponsors include UNTI COI Alumni Society, Emerald Group Publishing, and Morgan & Claypool Publishers.

Large conventions often require the services of print companies to create and produce marketing materials to announce the upcoming event. Postcard printing is an easy and economical method of advising potentially interested parties, as well as group members of scheduled conventions. Postcards are generally printed in full or limited color on the front with space for a mailing label on the back. They can be direct mailed with reduced postage expense, or they can be distributed at gatherings or from locations related to the topic of the event. Banner printing is also an essential component utilized to help attract attention and direct traffic to specific areas of a convention or large meeting.
