Fort Worth will once again host the annual ArtsGoggle festival this fall. A popular event, it is held in the business district of central Fort Worth, Texas – a neighborhood considered eclectic yet surrounded in historic elegance.
The event attracts a large crowd and is family-friendly, offering live music, food, drink, and displays of various forms of art. ArtsGoggle has been selected as the Best Gallery Art Show by Fort Worth residents twice in past years.
Dozens of businesses will welcome the artists by opening their doors for the local creative folk to display their work. The revitalized neighborhood and presents a great opportunity to visit the venues on foot, by using Molly the Trolley or riding bikes.
The event is provided by Fort Worth South, Inc, which is a non-profit organization focusing on redevelopment and revitalization of the urban neighborhood in the downtown district.
Outdoor festivals frequently utilize printing services from local print companies, particularly in handling flyer and poster printing. Flyer printing provides hand-outs to be distributed throughout the city to communicate information about the upcoming festival, while posters can be placed on flat surfaces within a region to quickly attract the attention of people passing by.
A survey was conducted this summer by Fort Worth South, Inc. asking artists, vendors, patrons, and venue operators to share thoughts and ideas about the event. The feedback from the survey with over 400 participants, will be used for planning and managing future ArtsGoggle events.
The ArtsGoggle festival will be held Saturday, October 12 from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm. The event website contains full information.
