Allen Event Center hosts Home and Garden event

The fourth Collin County Home and Garden Show will be held at the Allen Event Center, Texas in February, 2013. The weekend will feature over 200 vendors with a variety of services and products for home improvements on offer.

Around 14,000 people visited the event last year, taking advantage of the facilities on offer. This year, the vendors vary from Rodenbaugh’s budget appliance store to Allen Family Chiropractic.

For business owners and homeowners, a solar company will be on hand with wind power and solar systems. An exhibit area will also be set up outside the event, covering 3,000 square feet, alongside gourmet food trucks.

The Collin County Home and Garden Show is produced by Show Technology Productions, with 26 shows held across the US in 2013. Two non-profit organizations will also be at the event to raise funds – the Texas Adopt a Greyhound Society and Habitat for Humanity.

One of the main features of the weekend will be seminars hosted by Roger Hazard of ‘Sell This House’. In 2012, Hazard started an online business selling furniture and accessories for the home, called Decades.

Although the event is sure to be popular, the vendors appearing at the event will possibly utilize the business card printing services of a local printing company as part of their marketing campaigns. According to the show manager Dinah Beveridge, all the people who attend the event are quality buyers.
The show will take place from February 15 – 17.
