September 26, 2012 by Mark
Tucson Oktoberfest is a four-day continuous family fun event, and residents are invited to bring the whole family and enjoy the arts, crafts, food, cold beer, and children’s area. There is bound to be something at this festival for everyone.
This year, the Tucson Oktoberfest has lined up headline entertainment giants the Bouncing Czechs – a fantastic polka band that will be supplying non-stop Oktoberfest music for guests to listen to, as they dance the night way each evening. Besides the pleasure of dancing during the daytime hours, attendees can also dance during the evening hours and there is a selection of artisans, crafters, vendors, and food and beer galore, plus a number of great games, activities, and a play area where the children can enjoy hours of enjoyment.
The sponsors of this year’s event include SYSCO foods, Finley Distributing, arizona Daily Star, Desert Diamond Casino, and many others. This is the 11th year this event has taken place and organizers expect it to be bigger and better than ever.
Poster printing and flyer printing have probably been used to advertise and promote this festive occasion to members of the pubic in the community and the surrounding regions. Admission to this event costs $3 per person, although children aged 12 and under enter free. The Tucson Oktoberfest and ‘Dance the Day and Night Away’ gets started tomorrow, September 27, and runs until Sunday, with different opening times on each day. Taking place at the Corbett Field in Tucson, Arizona, please visit the Tucson Oktoberfest website for more details and updates.
