Asian bistro to add spice to WestGate Mall

The owner of the Red Bowl Asian Bistro in Greenville, South Carolina, Mark Bai, announced this month that he will be opening another location of his restaurant in Spartanburg in the space formerly occupied by Garfield’s adjacent to the WestGate Mall’s food court.

Images suggest that Bai has been using banner printing on the location to make those driving by it aware of the opening and will no doubt be using poster printing and flyer printing to make other residents of the area aware of the new restaurant so as to bring in more customers.

According to Bai, who was born in China, the Bistro in Spartanburg is planned to be open in late November or early December, in time for the Christmas season, and will be creating about 40 jobs in the local community. He went on to say that the location should be a good one for his business, as about 80% of the people in the local community visit and shop at the mall and he expects that many will want to come in and try out his cuisine.

The menu of the Red Bowl will feature dishes that are handcrafted, prepared from fresh ingredients and cooked to order, primarily being fusion cuisine from many Asian cultures, including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese. The menu will include basic proteins such as beef, fish, and chicken, and vegetarian items such as pasta bowls and rice. There will also be a sushi bar, a create-your-own stir fry bar, and a full-service cocktail lounge with Asian-inspired beverages.
