Downtown Pleasant Hill Shopping Center under new ownership

In an announcement earlier this month, Loja Real Estate revealed the sale of the Downtown Pleasant Hill Shopping Center. It is now under the ownership of UBS Global Asset Management – a U.S. real estate business.

Tom Engberg, who is Chief Executive Officer for Loja Real Estate, announced:

“We are delighted that UBS is involved with this asset. They understand the value of this property as a community asset for the town of Pleasant Hill. We believe they will carry on with the program of improvements we instituted here.”

Changes in ownership of business properties and other assets typically require a number of printing services in order to reflect changes on business documentation and other forms. Business card printing , stationery printing, and other such services are likely to be attained from printing companies in and around the area.

The sales transaction of the Downtown Pleasant Hill Shopping Center was closed on Friday, March 8, for $100m. The 345,687 square foot shopping center is home to approximately 40 prime retail businesses, including Lucky Supermarket, Century Theaters, Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, Paul Mitchell, Zachary’s chicago Pizza, Golfsmith, and Ross.

Katherine Burr, who is also a CEO of Loja Group, LLC, reported that the Loja real estate team has added tremendous value to the property, and the company is proud to have owned it, but that they felt it was the ideal time to sell and continue on to other opportunities at Loja.
