Medcare Urgent Care Center opens its first location in upstate South Carolina this month, choosing Anderson as its base. Most likely, the organization is using flyer printing to distribute information about its services and hours to those in the local area.
Medcare has two other locations in Charleston and three offices in Columbia. The clinic is open seven days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and provides services on a walk-in, ambulatory basis for illnesses or injuries that are not life-threatening.
Illnesses can include the likes of ear and sinus infections, flu, sore throat, cold, fever, and nausea. Injuries and operations such as sprains and strains, mole and wart removal, abscess incision and drainage, and fractures and dislocations can be catered for as well. The clinic also offers vaccinations and immolations for sports camps and school.
The Anderson location has a physician, diagnostic testing abilities, medical technology, and radiology equipment so as to provide for on-site CT scans and X-rays.
