Tiny monsters to take pride of place in Winston-Salem

Reptiles and amphibians will be in the spotlight during an upcoming Winston-Salem event.

ReptiDay, which is a day dedicated to these scaly creatures, will feature a huge assortment of products and services related to keeping lizards, snakes, turtles, tortoises, and amphibians like frogs, toads and axolotls. Members of the public, whether they are keen herpetologists or just interested in these animals, are invited to come in and browse, as there will also be many species on display from all over the world.

Those who are interested in adding a new pet to the family may be able to find just what they are looking for, and there will be experts on hand to give advice on how to care for these exotic animal companions. Seminars and demonstrations have been planned throughout the day, including one from CCSB Reptile Rescue. Booklet printing services can be utilized to create care guides that can be given to those who purchase a new pet at an event like this.

This day that has been dedicated to all things reptile will be held in the Winstom-Salem Fairgrounds on February 11th from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased either online or at the door and have been priced at $12.00 for adults and $5.00 for children ages 5 to 12. Children under 5 will be admitted free of charge, and additional details about the event have been provided on its website.
