New division president announced for Orleans Homes in Raleigh

November 25, 2012 by

The Raleigh, North Carolina Division of Orleans Homes recently announced that Mitch Sanner will become the president for the Raleigh division of Orleans Homebuilders, Inc.

In his duties as president of the Raleigh division, Sanner will be involved in strategic planning and growth of the Raleigh community and will work with land owners and developers in the area to expand the market share of Orleans Homes. He will also be in charge of the daily operations of the division and will make sure that the division maintains its high levels of customer service and enjoyable home-buying experiences.

Sanner earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and then an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. After working in the technical textile industry for Freudenberg, he pursued his interest in real estate and home-building by joining NVR, Inc. Five years later, he accepted the position with Orleans Homes as he found the company to be passionate and focused on making the home-building experience an enjoyable one for both the company’s employees and its customers.
The company is no doubt using business card printing to print new cards for Sanner so that he can distribute them in the community and build his base of business contacts.

Orleans Homes has been in business for almost 100 years and specializes in building condominiums, townhouses, and single family homes, all of which are thoughtfully designed in order to create unique neighborhoods that meet the living styles of today’s homeowners.
