New Fayetteville BJ’s Club is company’s 200th

BJ’s Membership Club recently announced that it will be opening its 200th club in Fayetteville this upcoming weekend, with a variety of events to mark the special celebration. No doubt flyer printing and poster printing are being used let the members of the new community become aware of the store and participate in the many events of the weekend.

The new club opens today with a Grand Opening Party to be held this evening, which includes entertainment, sampling of food, and donations that the club makes to the community. According to the general manager of the store, Jerry Bullock, the VanStory Elementary School is the new partner of the BJ’s Adopt-a-School program, and will be receiving a donation of $1,000 to enhance the school’s educational programs and $1,500 worth of items from its wish list. As part of its partnership with Feeding America, the Club will be presenting the Second Harvest Food Bank of Southeast North Carolina with a $2,500 donation, also donating all its unsold food the food bank.

Other events over the weekend include food and beverage samplings throughout the day, visits with Tony the Tiger and Toucan Smith on Saturday, balloon artists and face painters, and a special appearance from celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, who will meet fans and sign copies of his book “Fabio’s Italian Kitchen”.

In addition to providing groceries and merchandise with significant savings on popular consumer brands, the new BJ’s will feature a Café, a deli and bakery with fresh baked goods, a gas station and tire center, and optical services.
