Carmike Cinemas, Inc. recently announced it will be building a new theater in Fayetteville.
The Patriot 14 is slated to open in the fall of this year. The company, which leads the industry in digital cinema and 3D motion pictures is most likely turning to a variety of printing services to let people in the region know of its new cinematic offerings.
The new theater will have 14 screens with the capacity to seat 3,100 people. Each auditorium will have stadium seating and luxury seats with high backs that rock and have cup holders and retractable armrests. All auditoriums will feature DLP digital projection, wall-to-wall screens and digital sound. One of the auditoriums will be an IMAX one that will provide a state-of-the-art cinematic experience.
The lobby will be upscale in nature with many convenient features for moviegoers. The plans include multiple concession areas with drink centers that will provide over 100 customized varieties of drinks; one-stop ticketing so customers can purchase tickets and concessions in one place indoors and get to their seats faster; and special services for hearing- and visually impaired patrons.
According to David Passman, CEO and President of Carmike, the company is delighted that it will be able to deliver this new entertainment complex in the Fayetteville area and enable its customers to have the best cinematic experience.
