Like-minded business owners to gather at conference

In terms of establishing a competitive edge within the community or gaining new customers, the Bull City Business Expo and Conference is designed to bring it all together. The first annual conference and expo will be on August 23. The event starts at 5:00 pm and will run until 9:00 pm in the Durham Armory, located at 220 Foster Street in Durham, North Carolina. The event is hosted by Urban Business Promotions in an effort to strengthen business relationships within the community.

Attendees will include people in catering, real estate, cosmetics, education, fashion, technology, physical fitness, and jewelry. It should be an ideal opportunity to network with people in the same field for both established business owners and newly-formed small businesses. Guests will make new business contacts, increase brand awareness, and build business relationships with the people in the same community of Durham.

Print companies will probably be doing flyer printing to advertise the business-networking event. Companies would benefit from using print companies for business card printing to hand out to guests who visit the booths.

The small business expo is a good way to reach new customers by setting up an exhibit at the event, as well. Making new customers, obtaining sales, starting a new client list, or introducing new product lines are all valid reasons to exhibit and attend the expo. The vendor fee is $75 for business owners who wish to register for an exhibit booth.

Contact Troy Buchanan at 919-236-3993 for additional information about this networking event or visit the Bull City Business website to register for the expo.
