Small businesses are back in business

According to a newly released survey conducted this spring by PNC Bank, more Chicago small business owners are set to take advantage of lending in 2012.

The results of the questionnaire come as Bank of America, which is based in Charlotte, comes good on a promise to increase the flow of cash to small businesses.

Recently BoA sent a video crew to Engineering Sales Associates’ warehouse to make an internal training video to validate their fulfillment of its 17 – year – old promise. The business has 19 employees, and it brings in close to $5 million a year. Since their lending to businesses with less than this in revenue has increased 63% over last quarter, Bank of America is proud to publicize their new numbers.

This news is just what investors have been waiting for since last year. Bank of America’s extension of credit to small business owners could intimate economic recovery and an opportunity for investors to profit in the stock market. Small business owners, however, see it as the opportunity to finally get back on their feet. One thing they can do with their loans, in order to jump-start their businesses is make a small investment in business card printing and other promotional materials.

Now is the time for small business owners to get back in the saddle, apply for the loans they desire, and make sound investments. Though Bank of America has been cutting back in some areas, right now they are increasing the number small business managers across the nation and seeking new business to honor their promise.
