Charlotte dentist office welcomes new receptionist

Dr. Richard Bateman, recently announced that a new member has joined the staff of Bateman Family Dentistry in South Charlotte, North Carolina. The new staff member, Evelyn, will be the receptionist for the office and will have the job of greeting patients and talking to them on the phone. Now the dentist has this new staff member to help meet the needs of the growing office, using printing services such as flyer or poster printing, can help increase the awareness within the local community.

Dr. Bateman pointed out that, as a receptionist, Evelyn will play an important role in the office as she will be the primary interface between the office and its patients. Her duties include not only scheduling patient appointments and confirming them but assisting in the business of the office by doing marketing and posting updates on insurance and general patient information.

Evelyn has many skills and talents which she brings to Bateman Family Dentistry. One if these is fluency with Spanish which will enable her to help with the Latino patients in making their appointments and explaining procedures. In addition, she has the capability to solve problems and insure that patients have an exceptional experience when they come to the office.

Evelyn grew up in Ontario, California and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communications from Westwood College located in Upland, California. Dr. Bateman strongly feels that her background and experience make her most suitable for the position of receptionist, where she will make appointments for any service from crowns to sedation dentistry for the office.
