A new restaurant is set to open next year in Snellville, in the former premises of Chase Bank in Pharrs Village.

First Watch Daytime Cafe is expected to open in the early part of the year. As well as setting up the new premises for the breakfast and brunch outlet, there will be a great deal of work behind the scenes too.

One of the most immediately issues will no doubt be to get the staff in place, and recruitment is likely already underway. With somewhere in the region of 25 staff needed for the outlet, it is great news for those looking for a job in the area.

Stationery printing will probably have to be taken care of too. With a big launch, most likely to include posters and banners, print companies in Snellville will need to be ready.

The new restaurant, which will also serve lunches to hungry customers, encompasses 4,000 square feet of space. According to the announcement, it will have a contemporary design, and with also offer an outside eating area to customers, through the installation of a patioed area.

With traditional pancakes and omelets on offer, as well as specialties including fresh fruit crepes, the chain has been presented with ‘Best Of’ awards in local markets across the U.S.

The Snellville restaurant will become First Watch’s fifth location in the state. In just a year, stores have opened in Johns Creek, Vinings/Smyrna, and Dunwoody. A further location in Alpharetta is expected to open ahead of the Snellville site.
