Roswell Arts Festival given all new logo

This year’s Roswell Arts Festival, which sees the event celebrating 46 years, has already kicked off in style, with the launch of an all new logo.

Since its launch nearly half a century ago, the annual arts festival has gone from strength to strength. Inspired by its success, the organizing committee has commissioned the new logo to represent the community ideals, fun, and vibrancy of the festival.

It is sure to get a lot of attention over the coming weeks, as poster printing, banner printing, and flyer printing will no doubt carry it to get everyone into the mood. Using simple blocks of color, which comprises orange, green, purple, and yellow on a white background, it is a bold and striking design.

It is hoped that by raising the profile of the event in this way, the funds raised will add to the stunning total already achieved.

Already, the community of Roswell has been boosted by well over $880,000. This has been put to excellent use to support the development of parks and other recreational spaces in the area.

The 2012 Festival, which takes place over the weekend of September 15 – 16, will attract artists from across the region. All will be hoping to take home one of the prizes on offer.

A great deal of entertainment will be provided, headlined by Katy Perry and Justin Bieber lookalikes, as well as Highway 92 – Roswell’s own Southern Rock Band. Focused in and around the Town Square, there will also be a tempting range of foods on offer.

It is still not too late to take part, though vendors and entertainers should apply for a slot soon.
