Hometown holiday in Peachtree City
November 30, 2011 by Mark
The event starts off at 6 pm in the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater with a holiday music program featuring the Twilight Theater, the Legacy Theater and the Peachtree Wind Ensemble. At 7 pm, the Trail of Lights which is a golf cart procession led by Santa Claus will make its way to City Hall. The entire trail will be illuminated with colorful lights. At 7:30 pm, the Christmas tree-lighting will take place in front of Peachtree City Hall.
Those attending will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa for $1. The entire family could pose for a photograph with Santa and use it as their next year’s Christmas card. Printing companies in Peachtree City can help you design a personalized Christmas card and provide you with as many copies as you want. Sure, you can do it on your own computer but a professionally done Christmas card will be more appealing and you will be guaranteed that all will be of the same quality.
It’s important that communities have special events over the holidays. It brings everyone together and gives them a reason to celebrate. The kids will love to hear Christmas music and to look at all the pretty lights. They will also be very happy to meet Santa Claus and tell him what they want for Christmas.
