Hit TV show in call for Peachtree extras

The producers of hit networked TV program ‘Drop Dead Diva’ are on the lookout for extras again, as the show gets set for its latest filming in Peachtree City.

Now in its fourth season, the legal comedy/drama/fantasy TV show from Lifetime has a dedicated following. With regular filming sessions in the city, many residents have already caught a glimpse of themselves on screen.

For the next round of filming though, set to start in June 2012, a particular set of people are required.

Amongst the types needed are college kids, so it is likely that there could be some poster printing to get the word out at the universities in Clayton State and Point. People to play members of the jury are also needed as the next series is taped in the city.

The most pressing need is for those people who are naturally able to “carry themselves in uniform”, to slot into law enforcement roles. Anyone who has worked for the police or other uniformed agencies is therefore particularly urged to apply.

Almost anyone can put themselves forward, just as long as they are aged 18 or above. All extras taken on will be paid $58 for eight hours work and $80 hours for 10 hours put in. In order to apply for any of the roles, interested parties are asked to apply by email.

To apply, potential extras simply need send two or three photos taken recently, their age and their size to diva4atl@gmail.com. Details of availability and contact details should also be included.
