Charity event hoping to strike lucky

The Jimmy Crabtree Cancer Fund Family Fun Bowl will take place at Carter Family Bowl on August 11 from 4:30 pm – 6:30 – pm. Tickets are $20 and this is an all-ages event.
There will be lots of fun to be had for all the family, and prizes will be awarded for the best team scores. It is likely that the organizers will be approaching local businesses to convince them to donate prizes to this worthy cause.
In addition to donating prizes, these local businesses could use this as a marketing opportunity. Many consumers will go out of their way to shop at local businesses that have a record of supporting local charities. The businesses could let the general public know about their charitable giving through a flyer.
Printing companies in West Orange, including nearby Winter Park, can provide flyer printing services at a very reasonable price. The flyers can have the double effect of bringing more people out to the bowling event and of giving that company their business. The effectiveness of their flyer campaign can easily be tracked if they attach a coupon to that flyer. Flyers, if used, could be distributed in a number of ways, such as door-to-door delivery, distribution through volunteers on the street, or through display at a local public building.
The fund is named after Jimmy Crabtree, who died of carcinoid cancer. In honor of his memory, the Jimmy Crabtree Cancer Fund provides families who are battling the disease with any financial help they may need.
