Annual show helps local charities

The 16th annual Antiques and Vintage Show and Sale, presented by the Bouganvillea Circle, is returning to Vero Beach for two days this month. A portion of all proceeds will go to support local civic and charitable organizations.

There will be a wide variety of items offered for sale during the show. This includes paintings, furniture, and collectibles such as toys and glassware. As in past years, there is also a white elephant sale where items will be sold for very low prices.

Local nurseries are also expected to be on hand to sell plants and flowers (most notably orchids). Visitors will also be able to purchase lunch and snacks during both days. Most likely, no one will come away from the show without making at least one purchase.

Exhibitors will want to make sure that everyone is aware of them by ensuring that their booth will be noticed by passersby. For shows like this, many vendors or exhibitors decide to purchase signs or banners from Vero Beach printing companies. A colorful sign or banner will make sure that no one misses their booth.

The Antiques and Vintage Show and Sale will be taking place at the Garden Club of Indian River County from February 15 to 16 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day. Admission is $2. To learn more about the show, call 772-567-4602.
