Annual fundraiser to help out kids of Vero Beach

The 7th annual ‘Dasie Bridgewater Hope Center’s Gala: an Evening of Hope’ is being held in Vero Beach next month, benefiting the Center’s programs and services.

Those who attend the gala will be served a full dinner, can take part in a silent auction, enjoy a performance by Dasie’s Dancing Diamonds, and listen to guest speakers. The keynote speaker for the event will be Dr. Sampson Davis.

The event hopes to offer an opportunity for those who work at the Center, as well as those concerned about the youth of Vero Beach, to network with one another and find out how they can work together to guarantee the success of the Center’s programs and services.

It’s likely that Vero Beach printing companies were contacted to help design and print the invitations that have been sent out for the event, or to produce flyers to advertise the gala in the community.

The Dasie Bridgwater Hope Center provides services to children from kindergarten to high school. These include homework assistance, one-on-one tutoring, computer training, the creative arts, and outdoor sports; all which strive to ensure that all children will have success in school.

The fundraiser will be held at the Pointe West Ballroom on November 16 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Tickets are $75 each or $135 per couple and limited to 250. To find out more about the event, or about the Dasie Bridgewater Hope Center’s programs and services, call 772-589-3535.
