Sun sets for autumn in Sunrise

The Fall Harvest Festival will take place at Welleby Park in just over a week’s time and is a presentation of the Sunrise Leisure Services Department.

Summer is over and it is now time to look forward to fall, with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas just around the corner. The Fall Harvest Festival will be a great way to get into the mood for the season, featuring horse-drawn hayrides, games to play, face painting, costume contests, rides, and food vendors. In keeping with Halloween’s favorite vegetable, there will also be a pumpkin patch, who guests can find the perfect pumpkin to carve and light up.

Events like this often benefit from having a professional print company on their side. Organizers are no doubt working with Sunrise printing companies to prepare for the festival. Printing companies can provide banners to help advertise exciting events like this throughout the city and to help show where the festival is taking place. Food vendors will want to draw attention to their booths and a colorful banner can help to do that. Flyer printing services will probably also be used, since flyers can be mailed out to everyone in the community letting them know about the fall festival.

Whatever form of marketing or advertising is used can be provided by local printing companies, but there is not much time left to spread the word, with the festival scheduled for October 7, between 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm. Admission is $5. For more information, call 954-747-4600.
