Pompano Beach flea market set to cater to all tastes

December 8, 2013 by

The Nautical Flea Market is taking place for two days in Pompano Beach this January. It is a presentation of the cities of Pompano Beach and Lighthouse Point.

The market will feature in excess of 200 vendors, who will be selling new and used items. This includes boats, campers, RVs, nautical accessories, clothing, anchors, furniture, artwork, homemade crafts, and jewelry. Musical entertainment is set to be provided throughout the day and food and drink will be available for sale. The Kids’ Zone should keep the younger attendees occupied and is set to provide activities such as fishing clinics from the International Game Fishing Association.

Vendors can rent a 10 x 10 foot booth for $250, and those who are selling vehicles can be given more space for display for no extra cost. Many of the vendors might think of investing in products to bring more attention to their booths. This can include signs, posters, and banners designed and printed with the help of Pompano Beach printing companies. The more a booth stands out the more likely it is to attract attention and make sales, so a colorful banner will no doubt draw in passersby.

The Nautical Flea Market is taking place at Community Park in Pompano Beach from January 25 – 26. Admission is $5 for age 13 and up and free for children aged 12 and under. For more information about the market, or to become a vendor, call 954-946-6419.
