Batman fans and Lego enthusiasts can connect at Legoland Florida during their special event dedicated to the Lego Batman Movie.

The film raked in over $55m at the box office on its opening weekend alone. This means there are many fans out there that will appreciate the Lego Batman Movie Day celebration taking place at the Orlando attraction on two consecutive weekends in March.

Regular admission to the park is all that is required to take part in the fun. There will be characters for people to meet, a seven-foot tall Lego Joker will be assembled brick-by-brick by master builders before the eyes of the guests, along with many other themed activities planned. Kids can even take a selfie at the 4D theater and post it online, or let mom or dad create some fun themed birthday invitations or Christmas cards with the photo.

Legoland Florida is spread out over 150 acres. It offers more than 50 rides, as well as dining, shopping, and constantly changing shows and attractions. The park also has a parent-pleasing botanical garden. This garden was built to preserve Cypress Gardens, a park established over 75-years ago.

Anyone interested in attending the event should mark their calendars for either of the weekends March 4-5 or March 11-12. Information about the Lego Batman Movie event, or other upcoming events, can be found on the Legoland website.
