Annual Florida Supercon features Green Power Ranger

Miami residents and visitors alike will get a chance to cater to their inner child by attending Florida Supercon July 4-7. This annual event takes place in the Miami Airport Convention Center over four days and expects about 20,000 attendees per day.
For those who are unfamiliar with this type of event, it attracts those whose love animation, anime, comic books, video games, fantasy and sci-fi entertainment . What promises to be one of this year’s most popular attractions at Florida Supercon is the original Green Ranger of the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. As all true Power Ranger fans know, Jason David Frank played the Green/White Ranger. Mr. Frank indicated that he is looking forward to the event and to meeting his fans.
Florida Supercon is the largest event of its type in South Florida and those in attendance will appreciate any banner printings that help direct them to their favorite stalls. In addition to the Power Rangers, other popular favorites in attendance will be Kevin Smith, Adam Baldwin and George Takei. Also featured will be a large room exclusively for video-gaming, a ballroom with music supplied by over 50 bands and live professional wrestling.
Supercon’s convention organizer, Mike Broder, explains that the event is not just for those who never outgrew their childhood. The whole community benefits economically by filling hotel rooms, and bringing in trade to restaurants and other local businesses.
Hours: July 4th Supercon starts at 11:00 a.m. and July 5-7th the doors open at 10:00 a.m. the event closed every night(morning)at 3 a.m. Additional information is at www.floridasupercon.com.
