First Festival of Festivals concludes Kissimmee summer
August 11, 2012 by James
The inaugural Kissimmee Festival of Festivals will take place on and around Formosa Gardens Boulevard from September 21 – 23. Admission is free, although some of the activities have an additional charge.
The festival will feature five separate foot races, including a 5K and 10K run. Registration fees for the races are $25 for the 5K and $40 for the 10K, with the top five males and females in each race picking up awards. There will also be over 50 hot international air balloons on display at the festival and people will be able to book a balloon ride for $195. In addition, there will be helicopter rides, WWII airplane rides, and skydiving opportunities. The Festival of Festivals will also feature a market place selling arts and crafts, a music festival, and a food and wine festival.
Sponsorships are also available and sponsors will receive recognition in posters, flyers, and other media which may be advertising the festival. No doubt organizers of the event will be working with Kissimmee printing companies to prepare for the festival. Flyer printing is reasonably inexpensive, especially if the flyers are ordered in bulk, and flyers are one of the most efficient forms of marketing. They are extremely versatile in how they can be distributed – they can be hand delivered, sent out by mail, handed out on the street, or left at public libraries and community centers.
Despite being in its first year, the Festival of Festivals is already shaping up to be the perfect way for the whole family to finish off the summer.
