Annual meeting to honor chamber members

January 23, 2014 by

The Kissimmee Osceola Chamber of Commerce is holding its 89th annual meeting this February. It is set to honor those members who have gone beyond the call of duty.

The event will start off with a cocktail reception which should include plenty of time for some networking. It will then be followed by a sit down dinner, an awards program, dancing and a silent auction. The awards to be handed out are Ambassador of the Year, Hall of Fame, and the Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award. It will also see the gavel exchange to welcome the new Chamber officers.

There are several sponsorship opportunities available for local businesses such as donating items for the silent auction or investing in a premium table for ten.

This meeting is a great way for local Chamber member companies to make connections with their peers; there will be plenty of chances to briefly discuss ones business and to make connections. Since business cards are the most important way of keeping in touch, many of those who are planning to attend will very likely be contacting Kissimmee printing companies to place a new order.

The Kissimmee Osceola Chamber of Commerce annual meeting is being held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in the Ballroom of the Americas on February 1 from 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Tickets are $80 each or $1,000 for a table of 10; recommended attire is black tie. To find out more about the evening call Amy Jones at 407-847-4434.
