Jupiter Christmas Parage to begin December with a bang

The holidays are almost here and one would struggle to find a better way to kick them off than with a traditional parade. The Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA) is presenting the 36th annual Christmas Parade on December 9, beginning at 1:00 pm. The parade will travel from Center Street to Bridge Road. Organizers will be collecting toys for the US Marine Corps annual Toys for Tots drive. For more information, contact Mike Cesarano at 561-746-1722.

The theme of this year’s proceedings is ‘Broadway on Parade’. The parade will feature everything to be expected from a parade – floats, marching bands, local businesses, and community groups such as the Boy and Girl Scouts. Participation in the parade is open to everyone. The floats will be judged in three categories: Best Overall Decoration, Compliance with Theme, and Originality. There will be three winners in each category and cash prizes of $50, $75, and $100 will be presented. The parade should be a great way to celebrate the coming holidays and will no doubt offer something for everyone in the entire family.

Jupiter businesses are also welcomed to take part in the parade and can display their company logo on their vehicles or floats. No doubt many of those businesses participating will be using banner printing services from Jupiter printing companies. A banner made from durable material can last through many uses and can be a good investment for any company to make.
