With the holidays getting closer, many people are now starting to decide on what gifts they wish to give to their friends and family. While some people do their holiday shopping all through the year, others do not start thinking about it until November or later. Thankfully, there are plenty of local arts and crafts shows taking place during this month that will allow people to find unique, handmade items to buy for their loved ones.

The 24th annual ‘Christmas Made in the South’ arts and crafts show, presented by Carolina Shows, Inc. will take place from November 23 – 25 at the Prime Osborn Convention Center from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm each day. Admission is $6 for all three days and free for children aged 12 and under. It will be a perfect chance to purchase such items as handmade jewelry, clothing, pottery, art, gourmet food, and Christmas ornaments. There is sure to be something to appeal to even the fussiest person on anyone’s list.

Vendors who wish to take part in the show can rent a 10 x 10 foot space for $380 or a 12 x 20 foot space for $760. Vendors will receive as many postcards as they wish that will allow them to give people $1 off of their admission price. No doubt organizers of the event will be working with Jacksonville printing companies to provide postcard printing services, which can then be distributed by the vendors via a variety of means.
