The last session of the 2011-2012 Florida Forum presented by the Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital will take place at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts on April 4 from 7:30-8:30. General admission tickets are $70, while preferred tickets are $95; benefactor ticket prices start at $710 and include a private reception with the speaker. All proceeds go to support the Wolfson Children’s Hospital.

The speaker at the Florida Forum will be former United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Past guests of the forum have included former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush, Margaret Thatcher, Steve Forbes, Barbara Walters, Benazhir Bhutto, Richard Branson, Ted Koppel and Bill Cosby. The forum is a great opportunity to hear from some of the most powerful and influential people of our time.

Jacksonville printing companies have more than likely been helping to market the Florida Forum over the years by providing posters, program booklets, informational flyers and the necessary tickets. Sponsorships also help to make this event possible.

The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital helps to:

“provide funding for select areas and programs to enhance the only in-patient pediatric hospital in the region.”

The hospital has been named as one of America’s best children’s hospitals. In addition to the Florida Forum, the group also holds an annual Art and Antiques show each December. So far, the Women’s Board has raised over $6 million for the hospital since 1992.
