Celebrate July 4 at the Freedom Festival

June 4, 2012 by

The 2nd annual Freedom Festival will take place at Orange Park Mall on June 30 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This is a free event suitable for the entire family and it is suggested that people bring their own blankets and lawn chairs so that they can enjoy the performances in comfort.

The festival will feature live musical entertainment from Jacksonville local bands Molly Hatchet, the J. Collins Band, and Navy Band SE. It will also feature many activities for people of all ages, such as bounce houses, arcade games, arts and crafts workshops, and face painting. . The evening will finish off with a spectacular fireworks display, beginning at 9:00 pm.

There will also be exhibits from local organizations and businesses, through which Jacksonville printing companies will most likely be helping to provide promotional and marketing items such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs to those organizations who will be attending. Such promotional items are very inexpensive for a company but have been proven to be very effective marketing tools. Those exhibitors can also provide a free reusable carrier bag for people to carry what they pick up. Printing their company name and logo on the bag will ensure that, each and every time they use it for shopping, people remember where they got the bag.

The Freedom Festival will be a great way to start off the July 4 celebrations. It will also be the perfect way to spend a Friday night with the entire family, with activities bound to appeal to everyone.
