Ft. Lauderdale’s War Memorial Auditorium to host Holiday Indie Craft and Gift Show
November 21, 2011 by Mark
Holiday bargain hunters will have their day at the Holiday Indie Craft and Gift Show on December 3, 2011. With more than 100 suppliers expected to arrive, buyers will have their choice of items that range from handcrafted jewelry and hair accessories to intricate crocheted clothing. Reasonable prices and once in a lifetime deals will be abundantly present at the Holiday Indie Craft and Gift Show.
Taking place at the War Memorial Auditorium, the prominent banner printing and poster printing probably won’t be able to fully detail what’s been planned for the show. The doors of the auditorium are going to be opened at 11:00 a.m. and while buyers browse through the available items, there will be all kinds of side activities going on as well. With the presence of live music playing in the background, the atmosphere at the show is going to be upbeat. According to organizers, those who stop by the show will be further treated to the artistic stylings of a henna artist who will be offering face painting throughout the day.
To receive entrance at this event, everyone over the age of 10 will be asked to pay $4.00 for a ticket. Since the first 100 shoppers will receive special bags in exchange for their punctuality, being ready at 11:00 a.m. just might be worth it. For those who can’t make it right away however, the doors will be open until 6:00 p.m. If nothing else, it can’t hurt to stop by and see what’s for sale.
