Two days prior to the Ford Championship Weekend to be held in Daytona Beach, Florida later this month, NASCAR will be holding a Championship Taste event at Homestead Miami Speedway to benefit the Speediatrics unit sponsored by the NASCAR Foundation at Homestead Hospital.

Championship Taste is being hosted by Jon Landau, an Oscar Award-winning producer, and Celebrity Chef Adrianne Calvo. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 14, at 6:00 pm. Championship Taste will feature the cuisine of a variety of restaurants in the South Florida area. Landau will be at the NASCAR Chalet Village, where the event is to take place, and will serve as the event’s emcee. The NASCAR Foundation will also be presenting its annual donation to the Speediatrics Unit at the event.

NASCAR is no doubt using flyer printing and poster printing to make NASCAR fans and those in the Miami area aware of the event so that they can make plans to attend.

Chef Adrianne Calvo has said that she is honored to be the Celebrity Chef at this event, which is the first time it is being held, and proud to take part in an event that helps to raise funds for medical care. Her restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant, will be one of the featured restaurants, along with others in the area, such as Key Largo Conch, Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, Captain’s Restaurant and Seafood, Smoke & Spice, Chefs on the Run, Le Monde des Crepes, and Cookies by Design.
