Davies Cooper City Chamber of Commerce offering sponsorship opportunities
November 17, 2011 by Mark
Beginning at 11:00 a.m. on December 2, 2011, the Davie Cooper City Chamber of Commerce will be once again be hosting the Golf Classic at Grande Oaks Golf Course.
Those who appreciate a laid-back atmosphere, great food, and a friendly game of golf will be glad to hear that the Golf Classic is just around the corner. Equally as interesting as the game itself, the Chamber is also allowing businesses to sign on as sponsors. Evidently, this event isn’t just about enjoying a few rounds, participating in the auction, and having some lunch. If the sponsorship options are to be taken seriously, the Golf Classic also provides plenty of advertising and networking opportunities that companies are apparently willing to pay quite handsomely for.
Case in point, on the information page the Chamber allows businesses to pay for just about anything from official to presenting sponsorship packages. Depending on what a company chooses the costs can be as low as $100 and as high as $7500. With options like hole signage and valet sponsorship however, Golf Classic sponsors will likely also have to approach local printing companies with requests for services like banner printing and poster printing. Even so, the exposure seems to be well worth the initial expense.
Players and others who are hoping to attend will want to be at Grand Oaks Golf Course by 11:00 a.m. to register. Between the game, the awards, the auction, and the barbeque, sponsors and golfers alike have every reason to be excited about this year’s Golf Classic.
