Worldfest returns to Coral Springs

March 9, 2013 by

For the seventh year, Worldfest is returning to Coral Springs this April.

A presentation of the Coral Springs Multi-Cultural Advisory Committee, Worldfest features a variety of multi-cultural performance, international foods, live music, arts and crafts, games, teen activities, a petting zoo, cooking demonstrations, and informational booths from local charitable and non-profit organizations. Vendors will also be on hand, selling arts and crafts, foods and general merchandise.

The festival will be a great opportunity for those in the community to learn about the many different cultural backgrounds of their neighbors. It will also be good for those artists and crafters who are striving to make their names known in Coral Springs. They might want to invest in business cards before the event to give to potential customers.

It is very likely that Coral Springs printing companies will be helping the organizers prepare. They can provide such products as banners to highlight various areas of the festival, flyers to help advertise the upcoming event, and signs to let everyone know where the event is taking place.

Vendor space prices range from $100 to $175 for food sellers, $100 to $150 for those selling merchandise, $75 to $125 for arts and crafts vendors, and $50 to $75 for non-profit organizations. Those who require a tent, table, and chairs can rent them for an extra $75.

Worldfest 2013 will take place at The Sportsplex on April 7 from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Those who require more information on this free event can contact Lydia Cruz at 954-344-1063.
