Leaders Recognizing Leaders set to nod to difference-makers

The Leaders Recognizing Leaders Awards Gala is coming up this June in Coral Springs, paying homage to those who have made a difference in their community.

Leaders Recognizing Leaders is an organization that promotes the importance of community service to youth and young adults. The gala will feature dinner, special guests, live performances, a fashion show, the awards presentation, and an after party. It also promises to be an excellent networking opportunity for all involved.

Before the gala, the organization will also be offering a day of free educational workshops for those who register. It will start off with a buffet breakfast, opening remarks and workshops in seven topics, medical health and wellness, communication, finance, leadership, beginners’ health and wellness, education, and global awareness. These workshops should help those who want to get involved in community service to discover their interests.

Those planning to attend one of both events will want to bring their business cards with them. No doubt many will be placing a new business card printing order in advance to ensure they have enough to exchange with their peers.

Leaders Recognizing Leaders workshops and the gala will take place at the Coral Springs Country Club Ballroom on June 1. Workshops run from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and are free, but those interested must register by May 31. The gala will take place beginning at 6:00 pm. Tickets are $65 each and black tie attire is recommended. For more information, contact Kait Jarek at 954-752-4500.
