Art festival returns to Coral Springs for a 10th year

The 10th annual Coral Springs Festival of the Arts is returning to the city for two days this weekend. It is a presentation of American Craft Endeavors, the Coral Springs Art Festival, Committee and the city.

More than 250 artists and crafters are expected to converge on the city to sell their items, including handmade jewelry, paintings, photographs, and ceramics. There will be a giveaway of a painting by Christopher Morris.

In addition to arts and crafts, there are set to be literary workshops with authors such as Elizabeth Brady and Richard Ryal, a Q & A panel, a poetry open mic night, and musical entertainment by the likes of the Gold Coast Banjo Band.

This year, Gardenfest has been added to the festival. This will feature plants for sale, the Battle of the Big Tomato, gardening advice from experts, and a farmers’ market.

Most of the artisans who are attending the Coral Springs festival will want to make their booths as attractive as possible. This might involve investing in services such as sign and banner printing.

The Coral Springs Festival of the Arts is taking place on The Walk from March 15 to 16 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm each day, and is free to attend. To find out more about the event, call 800-739-0516.
