With the arrival of spring and warmer weather, many communities in Florida are holding outdoor events this June. The St. Petersburg area is no different, and there are at least three arts and crafts festivals taking place during the month in the city and surrounding areas.

The 20th annual St. Pete Beach Corey Area Art and Craft Festival takes place this weekend and will feature arts and crafts vendors selling items such as handmade jewelry, paintings, pottery, and ceramics. There will also be a green market featuring such things for sale as flowers, plants, and homemade dips and sauces.
It takes place on June 1 – 2. For more information call 561-746-6615.

Art in the Burg will be held a bit later in the month, on June 22. It will feature over 60 vendors and artisans and live musical entertainment. Vendors will be selling such items as clothing, artworks, prints, and home decor accessories. The venue is Jannus Live from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm each day. Call 772-565-0550 for more information.

Lastly, the 11th Downtown Dunedin Craft Festival will take place over June 22-23. It will feature a green market and over 100 artists and crafters from all over the country, with all the activities taking place on Main Street.

These festivals are likely to attract visitors from all over the area, including nearby Brandon, and local printing companies have no doubt been asked to provide marketing materials in preparation for them.
