Brandon to host Many-Hands, Inc fundraiser

March 14, 2013 by

The Spring Fling Craft and Vendor Fair, the annual fundraiser for Many-Hands, Inc., will take place in Brandon this March and is a chance for people to clear out their closets in preparation for the new season.

Many-Hands, Inc. is a charitable organization that provides help to those who have trouble paying for emergency home and car repairs. The work is provided by volunteers and is provided free of charge or for a minimal cost.

The Spring Fling will feature artists and craft vendors, commercial vendors, live music, a bouncy house for the children, and food. There will likely be a wide variety of merchandise to choose from, including home accessories, jewelry, and direct sales items from companies like Avon or Pampered Chef.

Those who wish to sell their items can rent table space for $25, and there are discounts for non-profit organizations. Many companies will no doubt invest in products from Brandon printing companies in order to get more attention, and these might include colorful signs, attractive banners, or free promotional items to draw people to their table from across the room.

Artists and crafters might also consider providing visitors with free postcards to help promote their business. Many use them as large format business cards, which could be displayed on their refrigerator or sent to a friend.

The Spring Fling will take place at Brandon Boy’s and Girl’s Club on March 23 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. For more information, contact Many-Hands at 813-679-1365.
