The Greater Boca Chamber of Commerce is presenting its annual Festival Days throughout the month of August.

This month-long festival will feature a variety of events throughout the area. Two of them will be fundraisers for worthwhile local charities; the Boca Raton Regional Hospital and JARC Florida.

The first event will be the 2nd annual ‘FondueRaiser’ which will raise funds for the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute’s ‘League of Ribbons’. Funds will go to patient programs, wellness education, and to financially help those undergoing cancer treatments. Guests will purchase a meal at the Melting Point Restaurant and 30% of the proceeds will go to the charity.
It will take place at the Melting Pot Restaurant on August 6 from 4:30 pm – 10:00 pm. For more information, call 561-997-7472.

Next up will be the 3rd annual JARC Cocktails for a Cause. JARC Florida operates group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Those attending the event will enjoy a variety of cocktails and appetizers.

It will take place at the Pinon Grill on August 6 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Those who require more information about the event can call 561-558-2572.

Organizers are likely investing in such products as flyers and posters from Boca Raton print companies to help market both events in the community and to help raise more money for the charities involved.
